Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy is looking for an energetic Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide outstanding patient care while enjoying leadership potential and a supportive environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide skilled physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Implement treatment plans in accordance with physician orders. Maintain a safe and compliant treatment environment. Document treatment sessions and patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards. Communicate patient status and report changes to the Physical Therapist or referring physician. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and daily activities. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. Current state licensure or certification required. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations. Professional, organized, and adaptable. Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Physical Demands: Lifting, pushing, pulling, and assisting patients with exercise and patient transfers. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently.
