Position Summary We're seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to help grow our business by developing new customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and delivering exceptional service to industrial clients. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within refineries, petrochemical plants, EPC firms, contractors, and industrial facilities Provide support and insight to BD group through occasional networking, site visits, industry events, and referrals as opportunities arise Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline Create and execute territory growth plans Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers Attend site visits as required to strengthen client relationships Identify opportunities to expand services and product offerings Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating closely with operations and production teams Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing recommendations Follow up on bids and open opportunities Communicate customer requirements and project timelines internally Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries Monitor competitor activity and market trends Gather customer feedback and identify emerging opportunities Share customer insights to support business growth and continuous improvement Qualifications Required 2+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate with team and group affiliates Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for sales duties Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Occasional after-hours/call-out response and support availability. Preferred Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas, petrochemical, or construction markets Knowledge of refinery turnarounds, maintenance activities, or industrial projects Existing relationships within Southeast Texas industrial facilities Experience with industrial products, machining services, fabrication, or rental equipment Ability to think outside-the-box with alternative solutions/offerings to customer needs. Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, including expedited/emergency service solutions.
