Role overview

As a Product Development Coordinator, you will support the end-to-end development process of prototype products, ensuring smooth execution from concept through seasonal delivery.

You will act as a key point of coordination between internal teams and external vendors, maintaining accurate product development data, tracking progress, and ensuring timely communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and tracking of prototype products across assigned product lines
• Monitor the end-to-end product development lifecycle to ensure timelines are met
• Serve as the main point of contact for development details with vendor partners
• Create and update seasonal composite sheets and classification charts
• Maintain accurate and timely workflow updates for cross-functional teams
• Ensure development documentation is consistently updated and shared with design, production, technical, and merchandising teams
• Track product samples and development milestones to ensure timely execution
• Communicate design and product development updates clearly across stakeholders
• Support reporting and data system maintenance related to product development

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Product Development, Fashion Merchandising, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of experience in product design or product development
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working closely with vendors and global teams
• Excited about fashion, product creation, and seasonal development cycles
