Admissions Coordinator

Overview

Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00 - 22.00 per hour

Location: 266 S Hobble Creek Canyon Rd, Springville UT, 84663 (On-site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday I 9:00am - 5:00pm

We are seeking a compassionate, relationship-driven Admissions Coordinator to serve as a trusted guide for families, referral partners, and professionals navigating the admissions journey. This role is ideal for someone who blends sales acumen, empathy, responsiveness, and professionalism -and who believes that exceptional admissions experiences are the foundation of exceptional care.


Nestled in the serene beauty of Hobble Creek Canyon , Embark at Springville is more than a treatment center-we're a healing community. We specialize in helping girls ages 12-17 navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. Our approach is family-centered, evidence-based, and deeply relational .

Responsibilities

• Help families (over the phone) get admitted to Embarks Springville RTC.
• Conduct a initial assessment of their needs.
• Coordinate the admission process.
• Liaison with programs and other departments to get kids help!
• Become competent in Embark and industry programs.
• Enter all notes into a customer relations management system (Salesforce).
• Provide follow-up to web inquiries in a timely way.
• Participate in team and weekly meetings.
• Bring a growth mindset with passion and dedication for admissions and mental health

Qualifications

• Experience working in behavioral health admission highly desirable.
• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Empathy & compassion coupled with a competitive nature.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
