Senior Paralegal

Responsibilities Support pre-litigation and litigation matters, including legal holds, document collection and deadline tracking Lead and coordinate responses to law enforcement requests, including third‑party subpoenas, search warrants, and liens Manage intake for the Legal team, including triaging the legal inbox, routing/escalating inquiries, and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve open issues Maintain legal records and matter management tools to ensure database accuracy and generate operational reports Oversee vendor and outside counsel onboarding and fee arrangement tracking Maintain and update legal playbooks and SOPs to ensure consistent handling of recurring legal issues, leveraging AI and automation tools that improve efficiency Support regulatory compliance programs, including payments compliance and related initiatives Support responses to governmental or regulatory authorities; conduct research and prepare initial drafts as appropriate, and maintain a system for tracking deadlines Provide general support in other legal workstreams as needed, including subsidiary management, transactional matters, and other projects that align with Legal’s operational goals Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (paralegal certification is a plus) 4+ years of administrative and paralegal experience, at a law firm or in‑house legal department (experience in a technology company, consumer e‑commerce environment, or marketplace platform is a plus) Experience supporting litigation, law enforcement requests, and/or regulatory compliance matters Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset, with the ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment Comfort using or piloting AI‑based tools to improve efficiency A collaborative team player, willing to take on a broad range of matters as part of a lean legal team #J-18808-Ljbffr
