Essential Qualifications (Must-Haves): Experience: Minimum of 5 years of recent, verifiable Auto Repair Shop Management experience. Performance: Proven track record of confidently managing and growing a shop generating $1 million or more in annual revenue to it's potential Software Proficiency: Direct, current experience utilizing Mitchell / Tekmetrics software for day-to-day shop operations. Key Responsibilities & Expectations: As the "Face of the Store," you are the engine behind our success. We are looking for a highly skilled manager who excels at: Customer Service: Delivering an unforgettable, transparent customer experience that is truly second to none. Leadership & Development: Masterfully coaching, mentoring, and training your service and technical staff to build a motivated, high-performing team.
