Overview Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr A growing, well-established financial services firm is seeking an experienced Human Resources & Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition, drive performance, and elevate HR strategy. This role owns the full cycle—from sourcing top talent to implementing policies that protect and grow the team—while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
