Senior Litigation Paralegal / Docketing Manager

The Forum Group has partnered with a growing litigation practice to identify a Senior Litigation Paralegal / Docketing Manager to support a team of approximately 8–12 attorneys. This unique hybrid role combines litigation support, state and federal court filing management, case administration, and law firm operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys high-stakes litigation, values work-from-home flexibility, and wants to contribute to the growth of a legal practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage state and federal court filings using ECF systems.
• Track case deadlines, maintain docket calendars, and support litigation case administration.
• Provide paralegal and administrative support to attorneys as needed.
• Assist with new employee onboarding and HR-related administrative tasks.
• Support billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable tracking.
• Help improve internal processes and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation experience, preferably supporting complex or high-stakes matters.
• Strong, hands-on experience with state and federal court ECF filing systems is required.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Willingness to learn and assist with law firm operations, including billing, invoicing, and HR administration.
• Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, and remain dependable in a remote setting.
