For additional information, visit us at Job Description: Job Description Designing, shaping, and enabling OEM warranty recovery processes using tools like Pega as the core workflow and decisioning platform. Translate warranty policies into scalable, rules‑driven, automated processes on the Warranty platform. Work closely with Warranty Operations, Supplier Recovery, Quality, Legal, IT, and Technical Architects to deliver an AI‑enabled, automated warranty recovery solution. Collaborate with architects on case design, data structures, rules, integrations, and UI. Leverage Tools features (like Pega) to build: Case Types & Stages Decision Tables / Rules SLA Configuration Work Queues & Assignments Pega Reports & Dashboards Competencies Client Centricity Passion for Results Execution Excellence Collaborative Working Learning Agility Problem Solving & Decision Making Effective communication Mandatory Skills: Manufacturing Consulting.Experience: 5-8 Years.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
