Description:

Job Summary

• Coordinate internal resources, county auditors, third parties and vendors for the flawless execution of the project, while ensuring the delivery of all project deliverables on time, within scope and within budget.
• Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Manage relationships with all stakeholders, establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors.
• Develops a project plan to track progress, and measure project performance using the appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Analyze spatial data through the use of mapping software.
• Design digital maps with geographic data and other data sources.
• Converting physical maps into a digital form for computer usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geography, Surveying, Engineering or related field
• Advanced working knowledge with project management software and Microsoft Office required
• Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), Project Management Certification (PMP) or equivalent advanced training in project management preferred
• Experience with redistricting of governmental jurisdiction boundaries optional but preferred
