What You'll Be Doing

• Package and label products accurately, ensuring all SKUs and information match
• Handle product safely and organize packaged goods for storage and distribution
• Operate packaging equipment and machinery with care and precision
• Perform quality checks throughout the packaging process
• Assist with inventory tracking and organization
• Keep workspaces and equipment clean, sanitized, and inspection-ready
• Support overall workflow to keep production moving efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures closely
• Reliable, consistent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and staying focused throughout the day
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 10–20 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and use ladders as needed
• Ability to adapt and shift priorities when needed
• Previous packaging or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
