Are you looking for a fun job working with kids that fits your schedule?

After school position in a public elementary school that follows the school calendar.

Location: Los Ninos Elementary School in Las Vegas, NM

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (regular after-school program)

Fridays: School's Out Day Program operating 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM . Availability during program hours is required; scheduled shifts will vary.

Pay: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
Payday: Every other Friday
Job type: Part time
Commitment: School year 2026 to 2027

Requirements

• Enjoys working with school age children
• Comfortable working in a structured school setting
• Experience is helpful but not required
• Must be at least 21 years old

Option A (Credential/Associate Level):

• One of the following:
  • CDA (Child Development Associate)
  • CCP (Child Care Professional)
  • Montessori certification
  • National Administrator Credential (NAC)
  • Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
• + at least 2 years of experience in:
  • Early childhood OR
  • School-age/out-of-school time setting?

Option B (Bachelor’s Level):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in:
  • Early childhood education OR
  • Related field
• + at least 1 year of experience in early childhood or school-age care?
