Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison, Immunology GI - Pennsylvania Capital Territory

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison for the Immunology GI portfolio covering Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. This field-based role manages key opinion leader relationships, speaker programs, and commercial advisory initiatives to advance immunology treatments in gastroenterology.

Responsibilities

Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with national and regional gastroenterology key opinion leaders
Develop KOL profiles, engagement plans, and support speaker bureau faculty recruitment and training
Monitor KOL insights on treatment patterns and provide feedback to inform commercial strategy
Coordinate regional and national congress participation and develop positioning/disease messaging collaboratively
Identify growth opportunities within academic institutions and build advocacy with emerging clinical leaders

Requirements

Deep gastroenterology experience and clinical knowledge
Demonstrated KOL relationship management and engagement expertise
People leadership experience with ability to manage cross-functional teams
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
Exceptional organizational and program management capabilities
Experience navigating academic institutions and health systems
