Administrative Technician III E16C This position is located in Oklahoma City or Yukon, Oklahoma. Annual Salary: $ 34,999.65 plus full state employee benefits Job related travel is occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance. Shift will be 8 hours between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:30 pm M-F. Minimum Qualifications: Requirements at this level consist of 24 months of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Job Responsibilities: This position is a full-time virtual setting. Answer incoming calls to assist customers with inquiries, answer general questions, and enter and retrieve client information as needed. Answer incoming phone calls to assist customers with questions, inquiries, and troubleshooting issues pertaining to Electronic Benefit Card (EBT) for SNAP and Childcare. Ability to triage calls and transfer to appropriate program area as needed. Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring that inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and in a timely manner. Demonstrate the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesy Participate in individual and staff conferences. Must attend all mandatory training associated with the position. Have the ability to multi-task, write, present, and interpret information in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
