This position is located in Oklahoma City or Yukon, Oklahoma.

Annual Salary: $ 34,999.65 plus full state employee benefits

Job related travel is occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance. Shift will be 8 hours between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:30 pm M-F.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requirements at this level consist of 24 months of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Responsibilities:

• This position is a full-time virtual setting.
• Answer incoming calls to assist customers with inquiries, answer general questions, and enter and retrieve client information as needed.
• Answer incoming phone calls to assist customers with questions, inquiries, and troubleshooting issues pertaining to Electronic Benefit Card (EBT) for SNAP and Childcare.
• Ability to triage calls and transfer to appropriate program area as needed.
• Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring that inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesy
• Participate in individual and staff conferences.
• Must attend all mandatory training associated with the position.
• Have the ability to multi-task, write, present, and interpret information in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
• Maintain compliance with Adult and Family Services business processes, policies, and standards.
• Performing various backup duties as required.
