HOLT Sector Specialist

Overview Do you want to become an expert in corporate performance and valuation? Do you have a strong interest in analyzing companies and generating unique insights? Responsibilities Combine industry and market knowledge with the UBS HOLT framework to generate actionable investment insights for clients. Utilize modelling, valuation, and analytical skills to provide clients with investment insights and/or idea generation. Develop expertise in financial statement analysis and accounting adjustments to eliminate accounting distortions and maintain the quality of the HOLT framework. Build and maintain a client network through client meetings and bespoke projects. Qualifications Degree in Finance or Accounting related disciplines and/or holding or pursuing professional certifications such as CFA or CPA. Ideally 1+ year of experience in Equity Research, Public Accounting, Investment Banking, or working as a Financial Analyst. Passion for equity markets and a strong understanding of valuation and corporate performance. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, inquisitive, organized, and able to work in a time‑sensitive environment independently. Adept at communicating fundamental views on and off paper in an articulate and confident manner. Strong team orientation, with the ability to collaborate effectively across analysts, sectors, and functions in a highly collaborative environment.
