What You’ll Do

• Learn residential plumbing systems through hands-on training
• Assist experienced technicians with service calls, repairs, installations, and maintenance
• Learn how to diagnose plumbing problems and identify effective solutions
• Assist with the installation and replacement of water heaters, fixtures, valves, pumps, drains, disposals, and other plumbing equipment
• Gain experience with plumbing inspections, repairs, and system upgrades
• Learn proper installation techniques and industry best practices
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Learn Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety standards
• Use smartphones, tablets, and company software to document jobs
• Develop professional communication skills while interacting with homeowners
• Work alongside experienced technicians while building the skills needed to advance in the trade

What You Bring

• No plumbing experience required
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
• A positive attitude and a team-first mentality
• The desire to build a long-term career in the plumbing industry
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn technical skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record
• The ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, bending, and working in tight spaces
• Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work
