Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents under nursing supervision
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Document care and report changes in resident conditions
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
Qualifications:
- Indiana CNA certification (required)
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
