Salary $65,000-75,000 Benefits Productivity bonus Health, Dental, Vision, short-term disability 401K with a 4% match Travel reimbursement - typically around $600/month Individual teams comprised of LPN, PMHNP, PhD and LISW Yearly CEU reimbursement Amazing and Diverse Culture Customized training and onboarding Malpractice coverage Full credentialing support 3 weeks PTO (accrued) 10 Company-paid holidays Career advancement opportunities Supervisor positions available Supported Autonomy with schedule flexibility Position Summary In this full-time role, you will provide counseling to clients/residents in approximately 15 care facilities per month (within a 60-mile radius). The exact territory radius and facility types vary based on location but can be made up of a combination of nursing, group, or long-term care. Acuity levels and patient populations can all vary based on location. Requirements Daily travel required LISW or LISW-S Ohio license Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (with an acceptable driving record) Energetic and ambitious attitude Entrepreneurial mindset Excellent organization and time-management skills Proficient computer skills (bonus if experience working with Gerimed EMR) #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Doc
