Assistant Manager

Chili’s is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, fun, and guest-focused environment. In this role, you’ll support the General Manager by supervising shifts, leading and coaching team members, and ensuring friendly, efficient service that reflects Chili’s casual, Tex-Mex brand. You’ll help manage labor, inventory, and cash controls, uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, and resolve guest issues with care.
