What We Offer Pay: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour, depending on experience and year of apprenticeship Health Insurance (company contributes toward premiums) Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off 401(k) with company match Tool allowance Ongoing training and support toward NATE and other certifications Company vehicle (for qualified apprentices), uniforms, and phone Stable Monday‑Friday schedule with occasional overtime What You’ll Do Assist Journeyman and Master Electricians with HVAC system installations and repairs Help run electrical wiring for A/C units, furnaces, heat pumps, and other HVAC equipment Perform basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Maintain a clean and safe job site while delivering excellent customer service Participate in training to advance your skills and license progression What You Need High school diploma or equivalent Currently enrolled or registered as a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year Apprentice Electrician Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable record Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders Strong work ethic and desire to grow in the HVAC trade Color vision (required for working with electrical wiring) If you’re eager to build a rewarding career in the trades with a supportive team that invests in your future, we want to hear from you.
