This is a part-time, non-exempt (hourly) fine dining Server position working in a team-oriented, high-volume / fast-paced, guest-centric environment with the highest quality food & drink. Requirements & Expectations: Minimum of 2 years, but preferably at least 4 years of serving experience in a high-end, fine dining establishment. Advanced knowledge and terminology of beer, wine, and spirits is required. Must be at least 21 years old. Available to work any day of the week, including evenings, weekends and some holidays. Weekend Availability (Fri/Sat/Sun) Required The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, highly motivated professional with a strong sense of hospitality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a true passion for fine service, food and wine. Must have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and be open to learning new things. Ability to demonstrate hospitality, warmth, and expertise to guests and coworkers in a busy, sometimes fast-paced / high-stress environment. Ability to listen and communicate effectively with both front of the house and back of the house team members in a loud environment. Regular, predictable, reliable attendance is required. Physical requirements include, but are not limited to: Physical ability to work on your feet, alertly, for extended periods of time Ability to maintain balance of food and drink service trays Physical ability to frequently lift up to 30lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs Ability to bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb and twist Compensation: This is a non-exempt position paid a fixed hourly rate, plus tips. Initial training rate of pay is $15.00 per hour (no tips). Upon completion of training, Servers are paid the Federal Tip Credit Minimum Wage of $2.13 per hour, plus tips. #J-18808-Ljbffr 801 Chophouse
