Exquisite Properties is looking for a creative, analytical, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support our continued growth and expansion. As our brokerage expands into new markets, marketing plays a critical role in building brand awareness, generating business, and attracting talented real estate professionals to our company.

This position blends digital marketing, data, recruiting, social media, and creative content . The Marketing Coordinator will assist with PPC campaigns and database marketing while also supporting our agents and departments with creative content, social media, and marketing initiatives.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $50,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the management, monitoring, and optimization of PPC and digital advertising campaigns

• Track campaign performance, lead sources, conversion metrics, and marketing ROI

• Support database marketing , including segmentation, re-engagement, lead nurturing, and targeted campaigns

• Help identify opportunities within our existing database to generate additional business

• Support marketing strategies as Exquisite Properties expands into new markets , helping establish and grow our brand presence in each location

• Assist with agent recruiting campaigns designed to attract talented real estate professionals and support company growth

• Develop digital and social content that communicates our company culture, agent success, training, technology, leadership, and opportunities

• Create and coordinate content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email, and other marketing channels

• Assist agents with personal branding, social media, property marketing, graphics, reels, flyers, and other creative needs

• Collaborate with Sales, Recruiting, Property Management, Leadership, and other departments on marketing initiatives

• Support company events, trainings & recruiting events

• Maintain brand consistency across our different departments and markets

• Help manage the company marketing and content calendar

• Monitor trends and identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, recruiting reach, engagement, and lead generation

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, communications, or a related field

• Comfortable working with marketing data, analytics, and campaign reporting

• Knowledge of PPC and digital advertising; hands-on experience is strongly preferred

• Strong creative eye and ability to produce polished, engaging content

• Experience with Canva or similar creative platforms

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging social trends

• Excellent written communication and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, departments, and deadlines simultaneously

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

• A self-starter who can take an idea from concept to execution

• Real estate or recruiting marketing experience is a plus
