Registered Nurse Manager

Bethesda Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Manager to lead clinical care for seniors in our faith-based community. The RN Manager oversees daily nursing operations, coordinates care plans, mentors and schedules nursing staff, and ensures regulatory compliance and quality outcomes. This role collaborates with physicians, therapists, residents, and families to deliver person-centered, dignified care. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, leadership experience in senior care, and a commitment to our mission of compassion, respect, and integrity. Responsibilities Oversee daily nursing operations and staffing on assigned unit(s) Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans Supervise, coach, and schedule nursing staff to ensure high-quality care Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations and policies Collaborate with physicians, therapists, residents, and families on care goals Monitor clinical outcomes, falls, infections, and implement quality improvements Manage medication administration, treatments, and documentation accuracy Support admissions, assessments, and transitions of care for residents Foster a mission-driven, compassionate, and person-centered care environment Participate in staff education, performance evaluations, and mentoring Required Skills Clinical assessment Care planning Wound care Medication administration Infection control Staff supervision Electronic Health Records (EHR) Regulatory compliance (CMS/state) Quality improvement Patient and family communication #J-18808-Ljbffr Bethesda Health Group
