Base pay range $58,240.00/yr - $83,200.00/yr Job Title: Field Service Engineer Location: Buffalo Grove, IL Job Type and Duration: Full Time, Direct Hire Pay range: $28 - $40 Responsibilities Provideaccurateandtimelyphonesupport. Setup,install,repair,andperformpreventivemaintenanceonKomaxmachinesin-houseoratcustomersites. Completeandprovideallnecessarydocumentationtocustomer,sales,andservicesupervisorandattachittoCRMforin-house workorworkatcustomersitesinatimelymanner. MaintaincustomerandunithistoryonCRMdatabase. Inputofinteractionswithcustomers,sales,etc.mustbeenteredintotheCRMdatabaseinaformatthatisclearandconcise. Maintainaneatandorganizedenvironmentatadesk,in-house workareas,andatcustomersites. Communicateandcoordinatewithotherdepartmentsorpersonnelwhentheuseoftheirequipmentisneeded.
