Westmont Living’s Oaks at Nipomo is seeking a dynamic Lifestyle Director to lead resident activities and events. The role requires energizing senior engagement, strong organization, and coordination with care teams to ensure a thriving community.

QUALIFICATIONS include English communication skills, a high school diploma, and experience in senior living; CPR/First Aid certification must be obtained within 30 days, and a Class B license within 6 months is preferred.
