Job Details: Position: Vehicle Mechanic Location: Nashville, Tennessee Salary Range: $45,000 to $52,000 per year (Pay rate may vary based on experience) Benefits: Exceptional benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and more Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on a diverse range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and other company vehicles. Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, electrical problems, and engine malfunctions. Perform comprehensive inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Replace and repair damaged or worn parts, such as brakes, engines, transmissions, and suspension components. Utilize specialized equipment for vehicle inspections and diagnostic tests. Maintain meticulous records of vehicle maintenance and repair work. Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to efficiently prioritize and complete work orders. Uphold strict adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automotive technology and repair techniques. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Vehicle Mechanic, showcasing a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance. Preferred but not required: ASE certification. Proficiency in diagnosing and rectifying a wide spectrum of vehicle issues. Exceptional attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities. Capacity to work both independently and as a collaborative team member. Excellent communication skills. Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
