As a Registered Behavior Technician with Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA), you will help children build skills that can make a meaningful difference in their daily lives.

We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and dependable RBTs to join our growing clinical team. Working under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will provide direct, individualized support while celebrating progress, encouraging confidence, and helping each child move closer to their goals.

Miracle Kids Success Academy and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy provide Early Intervention Day Treatment services to children with developmental disabilities, developmental delays, behavioral needs, and medical needs.

Children in our programs may receive support for:

• Communication and social-skills development
• Behavioral needs
• Fine and gross motor delays
• Sensory processing needs
• Speech and language delays
• Feeding disorders
• Cognitive and developmental delays
• Medical needs

Our multidisciplinary teams include Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, Behavior Technicians, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, psychologists, educators, nutrition professionals, and audiology providers.

By working together and partnering with families, we create individualized plans that support the whole child. MKSA and KULA primarily serve children from birth through kindergarten, with opportunities to expand services to elementary school-aged children during the summer.
What You'll Do

As an RBT, you will:

• Provide direct patient care in individual and group settings.
• Use intensive teaching and natural-environment teaching strategies to help children develop new skills.
• Follow behavior-acquisition and behavior-reduction protocols developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect, record, and summarize accurate data on observable patient behaviors.
• Use data and feedback from the BCBA to support each child's continued progress.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training in accordance with individualized treatment protocols.
• Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers about patient progress as directed by the BCBA.
• Follow safe and appropriate procedures when working with children.
• Prepare therapy materials and activities as instructed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Complete, sign, and submit accurate service notes for each session.
• Attend required training and continue developing technical knowledge and clinical skills.
• Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support patients and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician.
• One year of successful experience in a similar role is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Newly certified RBTs are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work effectively with children from birth through age six who have developmental or behavioral needs or may be at risk.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including databases, word-processing programs, spreadsheets, email, and internet-based systems.
• Ability to understand and follow behavior plans, safety procedures, company policies, and other written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to prepare accurate service notes and routine correspondence.
• Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to respond appropriately to changing situations.
