Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVOR - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: /n RN - OR /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 4x10 day shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week /n• Minimum 2+ years of CVOR and Vascular OR experience required /n• Current Arkansas Licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications required /n• Flu vaccination required for all travelers (exemption must be client approved) /n• Dress code requires black scrubs /n• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system /n• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and standards /n• Complete patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with surgical team /n• Anticipate surgical team needs by assembling supplies according to surgeon preference cards /n• Document perioperative data, nursing interventions, treatments, and patient responses accurately /n• Recognize potential problems and communicate findings to appropriate team members /n• No weekend hours, call requirements, or float requirements /n/n Facility: /n This 336-bed acute care hospital has over 100 years of history providing compassionate care to the community.
