Position Title Psychotherapist (LCMHC, LMFT, Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.) Employment Type W-2 | Fee-for-Service | Pay Per Encounter Schedule This position offers options part‑time and full‑time : Part‑Time: 2 days per week (daytime hours; you pick the days!) Full‑Time: Monday–Friday (daytime hours, typically a day a week) Full‑time status is eligible for full benefits (listed below). Coverage Areas This role includes 1 day in Charlotte, NC with additional clinical service days in one or more of the following locations: Mooresville, Salisbury, Lexington, Clemmons, Wilkesboro, Sparta, Yanceyville, Henderson, Gatesville, and Wilmington, NC. Job Summary Telos Health Systems is seeking a Psychotherapist (LCMHC, LMFT, Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.) to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy services in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities. This role offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and strong administrative and leadership support.
