Job Duties

You will review technical plans to lay out jobs and make work assignments for your crew.

You will provide on-the-job guidance and training to a small group of three or more workers.

You will lead the team in lifting and moving heavy loads, personally handling the most complex tasks.

You will inspect work during and after completion to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.

You will ensure that all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are available and properly maintained.

You will keep your supervisor informed of work progress, delays, and any operational problems.
