We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, child-centered environment and enjoys combining clinical expertise with creativity and social-emotional growth.

You will play a critical role in helping children improve their communication, social, and emotional skills by collaborating closely with families and a supportive clinical team.

Speech, Reading/language, Comprehension/listening, Math/thinking, and Writing skills

Responsibilities:

Assessment & Diagnosis

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized and informal assessment tools

• Identify speech, language, and communication disorders

• Interpret results and clearly communicate findings to families

Treatment Planning & Implementation

• Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans

Progress Tracking & Documentation

• Monitor and document patient progress with detailed, accurate records

Collaboration & Communication

• Partner with parents, caregivers, and educators to support carryover of skills

Professional Growth & Excellence

• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based therapy techniques

• Participate in team meetings and case discussions

• Contribute ideas to improve programs and client outcomes

Qualifications

Required:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist

• Strong foundation in diagnosing and treating communication disorders

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

• Experience working with pediatric populations

• Familiarity with autism spectrum disorders and learning disabilities (especially in the area of reading)

• Experience with play-based or movement-based therapy approaches
