Key Responsibilities

• Monitor drug therapies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
• Identify and recommend interventions
• Ensure safe and effective medication use in complex patient populations

Schedule

• Rotating shifts: 7-4, 9-6, 10-7
• On-call rotation every 3-4 weeks
