The successful candidate will be cross-trained to support both front office and clinical roles. This position is ideal for gap year and college students nearing completion of medical-related programs to gain hands-on clinical and administrative experience. Currently, we have 3 or 4 part-time positions available, with potential for full-time employment. Requirements: Experience with multi-line business phone systems Working knowledge of EMR/EHR systems (Athena Health) Effective communication skills with patients, physicians, and staff Ability to multitask in a busy environment and cross-train in other office roles Flexibility to work at multiple locations (Lansdowne and Potomac Falls) Fluent Spanish, including medical terminology (required for one of the two hires) Preferred Skills: Multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, American Sign Language) Recent medical experience with patient contact Experience as a medical scribe Job Details: Positions available: 3/4 or full-time, based on candidate availability Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends (not currently in place) Paid remote training prior to onsite work, covering EMR, CMS Fraud and Abuse, Blood Borne Pathogens, digital intake, HIPAA, OSHA, ENT modules, ASCENT ENT, etc. Onsite shadowing for administrative and clinical roles Opportunities for growth include roles such as Medical Scribe, Audiology Tech, Insurance Verification/Authorization Specialist (winter 2025/spring 2026), and Surgery Scheduling.
