Job title: Head Rare XLSD Marketing Location: Cambridge, MAAbout the Job The Head, Rare/xLSD Marketing is the senior marketing leader for Sanofi's Rare Disease franchise, accountable for portfolio-level brand strategy, commercial execution, and cross-functional leadership across a complex rare disease portfolio — including Fabry (Fabrazyme), Gaucher (Cerezyme, Cerdelga, Venglustat), Pompe (Nexviazyme, Lumizyme), Acid Sphingomyelinase Deficiency or ASMD (Xenpozyme), and Mucopolysaccharidosis Type I or MPS-I (Aldurazyme). The business contributes 2.2B in revenue. This role leads a multi-disciplinary marketing team and serves as the primary U.S. strategic partner to Disease General Managers, Global brand teams, and cross-functional U.S. leadership, with a strategic ambition to transition the franchise to a digital- and artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled marketing model.The Head of US Marketing owns brand strategy, positioning, disease-state education, and omnichannel engagement for the rare disease franchise.
