Human Resources Manager Location: Newburyport, MA Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $90,000+ annually, plus comprehensive benefits Overview A well‑established, privately owned printing company in Newburyport, MA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join its leadership team. Key Responsibilities Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR and talent management programs. Provide guidance and support to managers regarding employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR best practices. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as benefits, insurance, and workplace safety requirements. Qualifications Thorough knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance. Experience working with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Five or more years of progressive human resources management experience required. Experience in strategic HR, talent management, or business development is highly preferred. PHR or SHRM‑CP certification is preferred but not required.
