As a Security Officer Visitor Checkpoint in Frankfort, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will manage access control, monitor assigned areas, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. This role blends customer service, communication, and routine site presence while supporting daily operations. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific access procedures, credential verification steps, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points for people, vehicles, and/or deliveries at the location, helping to deter unauthorized access and reporting unusual activity according to post instructions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, and assigned access areas, noting security-related concerns, equipment issues, and/or conditions that may need attention.
• Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and/or incident reports related to access control, truck traffic, and daily site activity in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
