Pool Concierge

The Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is looking for Seasonal Pool Servers to join our amazing Team out at our River Ranch Pool!

**Hours: AM and PM shifts including weekends and holidays**

Service of food and beverage to include the order taking and delivery of food and/or beverage. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner resulting in an extremely high level of guest satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner as soon as they are seated at cabanas or pool lounge chairs.
• Explain any specials and/or Spa promotions for guest services.
• Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction
• Answer any guest questions about menu items and coordinate food delivery with pool runner.
• Present the check to guest promptly and ensure
• Assist Pool Attendants by straightening lounge chairs and picking up cups and towels.
• Ensure pool area, cabana's and lounge chairs are clean organized and service ready.
• Replenish pool towels and ensure they are ready available at all times

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking. Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

You should be adaptable to change in your work area and in hotel procedures with a willingness to learn new skills and/or improve existing ones, have the ability to solve routine problems that occur on the job and ask for help whenever you are not sure how to do something.

Safety & Security:

The safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance to Crescent Hotels & Resorts. Every Crescent associate should adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
