Position Information

• Hiring for all shifts: Full Time, Part Time with Benefits & Per Diem
• Minimum $40/hr – Maximum $65/hr
• Compensation based on experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, and work schedule
• Location: Newton, MA – CareOne at Newton Facility
• Practice Setting: Short Term Rehab, Assisted Living, LTACH, Long Term Care

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides and directs resident rehabilitation care within all general accepted practice methods, meeting center, state, federal, and accrediting standards. Evaluates resident needs and establishes effective, efficient treatment plans. Manages and coordinates supervision of treatment plans with all staff and other disciplines. Participates in screening of residents according to directed schedules and practices. Provides feedback to the designated supervisor on all clinical and rehabilitation issues. Participates in all center directed processes and services. Performs necessary clinical documentation to meet regulatory requirements. Maintains complete, accurate, and timely billing records. Participates in in-service training programs as requested. May travel to other facilities to provide services on a limited basis. Position Requirements Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of operation. Experience or knowledge in older adult rehabilitation preferred. Knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings preferred.
