Candidates should be able to contribute to collaborative teamwork and proactively seek guidance, clarification, and feedback. Candidates should also be able to thrive while meeting deadlines, enjoy challenges, and continually aspire to grow within the company.  Your responsibilities may vary based on your assigned departments and clients, but will likely include: Handling Purchasing, Payables, and Payments, Contracts, Billing, and Cash Receipts, Payroll, Human Capital Management including Time and Expense System Support, Treasury and Cash Reconciliation, Tax Compliance Support, Small Business Accounting, Client and Stakeholder Support.  Qualifications:Must be within 30 - 40 credits from a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (Or have a bachelor's degree, working towards an Accounting or Finance degree with significant coursework in Accounting and Finance already completed)Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including ExcelThrive while meeting challenging deadlinesDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsCommitted to exceptional client servicePossess excellent written and oral communication skillsWhat You'll Get with ROSE: ROSE is passionate about serving our clients and is dedicated to being a great place to work.
