Equipment Associate I - Shift 1

Our client, a leading provider in the equipment rental industry, is seeking a Equipment Associate I - Shift 1 to join their team. As a Equipment Associate I - Shift 1, you will be part of the operations support team, assisting service technicians, sales staff, and branch personnel in delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, eagerness to learn, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Equipment Associate I - Shift 1

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $20 

Shift: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

• Provide labor assistance to service technicians, sales staff, and other branch personnel to meet customer needs
• Assist with deliveries and prepare equipment for rental
• Perform routine checks on rental equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning
• Greet customers and assist with inquiries about equipment
• Load and unload rental equipment, ensuring proper handling and safety

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds
• Strong customer service focus
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
