Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Hours/Week: 40+ hours
Employment Type: Locum, full-time weekly coverage
Licenses/Certifications: Ohio medical license required; Board Certified Radiation Oncologist preferred
Experience: Proven experience in Radiation Oncology, including procedures like IMRT, SBRT, Radiosurgery, with outpatient familiarity
Hourly Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient radiation oncology services at outpatient and free-standing cancer centers
- Prescribe, order tests, and interpret imaging for adult patients
- Deliver advanced procedures including External Beam Radiation, IMRT, SBRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, and conventional radiotherapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support patient care continuity
- Participate in documentation using EMRs such as Mosaiq and Epic
- Cover 20 outpatient patient visits daily and manage inpatients as needed
- Support physician coverage during scheduled time frames, ensuring excellent patient outcomes
What You Need
Required:
- Ohio medical license with active state license or able to obtain one
- Board Certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology
- Experience with external beam radiotherapy, stereotactic procedures, and outpatient care
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a collaborative environment
Preferred:
- Prior locum or outpatient cancer care experience
- Familiarity with Mosaiq or Epic EMRs
