Senior Project Manager

Lead multiple ground-up commercial projects ($3M-$12M)

Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and reporting

Oversee Superintendents and coordinate trade partners

Contribute to bids, proposals, and client relationship management

Conduct regular site visits (50%) to ensure execution quality

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

8+ years in commercial construction project management

Proven ground-up experience; retail/service projects preferred

Strong financial and schedule management capability

Clear communicator; decisive problem-solver

Stable career history with long-term commitments
