Superior Tank Co., Inc. is a leading manufacturer and erector of bolted and welded steel storage tanks serving the water, wastewater, fire protection, and crude oil industries. We take pride in delivering quality products that meet leading industry standards.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting our Sales team and helping drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
· Researching new projects and identifying potential business opportunities.
· Maintaining accurate customer information and sales opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
· Tracking projects through online bid sites and plan rooms.
· Coordinating quotes, proposals, and prequalification packages.
· Supporting sales follow-ups, client outreach, and marketing initiatives.
· Assisting with trade shows, industry events, and monthly sales meetings.
· Collaborating with the Sales team and Project Estimator to keep projects organized and moving forward.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
· Strong organizational, communication, and research skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Salesforce CRM experience is preferred.
· Excellent attention to detail and professional written communication skills.
· A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Valid driver’s license and occasional travel availability for company events, if needed.
