Mail Room supervisor

TRC Talent Solutions is recruiting for a Mail Room Supervisor

Essential RESPONSIBILITIES and ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Supports and assists Manager, Administrative Services in all aspects of the departmental, operational, project and development concerns.
  Work in tandem with Jersey City and New York to ensure mail services business continuity workflow is in place and ready for activation.
  Supervise all mail services including shipping & receiving, adverse action letters and special projects.
  Maintain all copiers and copy areas in the Greensboro location
  Maintain all staff pantries in the Greensboro location
  Oversee employee parking in the Greensboro location
  Oversee receptionist and their duties including receiving guests in an appropriate manner, providing access cards, parking information, ticket distribution and superior customer experience.
  Oversee facilities technician and responsibilities including Level 1 maintenance requests and routine preventative maintenance items such as quarterly HVAC checks, AED, CPR, keys, painting, picture hanging, etc.
  Oversee training room activities, including room reconfiguration, food setup and all other requests
  Oversee minor employee of less than 10 people
  Oversee plant vendor
  Submit vendor invoices to Accounts Payable pertaining to local admin Services needs.
  

• Knowledge & Skills:

• Broad knowledge of office services and facilities practices and methods.
  Ability to motivate others, coordinate workflow and work effectively in a team.
  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with internal and external contacts.
  Excellent customer service orientation to perform task in a timely and complete manner.
  Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  Strong computer skills including MS Office programs.
  Effective organization, project management skills and attention to detail.
  

• Education & Experience:

• Required knowledge & skills would typically be acquired through a high school diploma (or equivalency) and a one-year certificate from college or technical school. Approximately 3 years of related experience would also be required.

• Working Conditions/Environment & Physical Demands:

• Normal office environment.
  Some lifting of items up to 50 pounds required.
  Some periods of prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
  Required to reach and lift items overhead.

• Must be able to work on site in a downtown Greenboro location
