We are looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our established and growing team in Monroe, North Carolina, conveniently located just a short drive from Charlotte.

This position presents a fantastic opportunity for a physician who desires clinical diversity, robust team support, and the chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly developing community.

• A well-established practice with high patient demand and ongoing growth.

• A collaborative environment with OB/GYNs, laborists, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and Certified Nurse Midwives.

• Deliveries and surgeries will take place at Atrium Health Union, which features a Level II NICU.

• Work in a new Women’s Tower equipped with modern Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) suites.

• Potential for leadership roles, including a Medical Director position with dedicated time.

• Approximately 5-6 on-call shifts each month.

• 24-hour call structure in place.

• A shared coverage model designed to promote work-life balance and sustainability.

• The team consists of:

  • 2 OB/GYN Generalists

  • 2 Laborists

  • 2 Advanced Practice Providers

• Midwife support available for labor and delivery during daytime hours.

• The main clinic is conveniently located next to the hospital, with an additional office nearby.

• Utilization of EPIC EMR with integrated AI tools (DAX Copilot) to enhance documentation efficiency.
