Job Summary As the Regional Operations Director, you will plan objectives for the region and ensure unit directors are in compliance with corporate, regional, and financial goals. You will be responsible for the overall operation, growth, and profitability of the region. Key Responsibilities Plan and direct the operation of the assigned accounts in support of Key Performance Indicators. Develop common direction for the team; set priorities and communicate team agenda and strategy. Recommend and implement policies and procedures of the region to maximize income from existing accounts. Support the development and implementation of clinical and patient service programs that meet client needs and regulatory requirements. Participate in the sales process for the acquisition of new business. Monitor financial reports of the accounts to ensure budgetary compliance with Regional and Corporate goals. Interface with existing clients to maintain satisfaction and account retention. Resolve client, patient, and customer complaints that have been escalated from Directors. Interface with legal and human resources for procedures related to customer and employee charges. Conduct annual and semi‑annual performance evaluations. Complete all daily, weekly, or monthly reports as outlined in corporate policy and procedures on time. Model ownership attributes that provide high levels of customer service at all points of contact. Participate in Patient Visitation rounds with account management team during each site visit to ensure compliance with Company policies. Train, motivate, and develop management personnel to achieve high morale and efficient use of human resources. Travel as needed to support the health system. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Care related field, or equivalent experience. Proven ability to manage a team of six or more managerial level team members. Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in multi‑unit foodservice management. Experience managing multi‑unit foodservice operations with a combined managed volume of $10 million or greater. Strong track record of driving customer and patient satisfaction. Proven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast‑paced, P&L driven environment. Proven ability to mentor and develop team members. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
