Hospitality Spotlight is working with a client supporting a federal program in hiring an independently Licensed Behavioral Health professional to provide administrative psychological health screenings and case management for military personnel in Colorado.

Hospitality Spotlight is working with a client supporting a federal program in hiring an independently Licensed Behavioral Health professional to provide administrative psychological health screenings and case management for military personnel in Colorado.
The Work
- Conduct behavioral health and biopsychosocial screenings
- Identify appropriate community, military, and local resources
- Provide case management and maintain accurate documentation
- Prepare outreach materials (flyers, brochures, newsletters)
- Deliver briefings to service members, families, and military leadership
- Attend required meetings, trainings, and community events
- Coordinate with regional leads to ensure timely reporting
- Travel to Reserve Centers 1-2 weekends per month
- Support program goals of resiliency, readiness, and access to care
- On-site/remote schedule: two days at the base and remote work on other days
- Currently hold an independent clinical license in any U.S. state:
- LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCPC, LICSW, or equivalent
- Earned a Master's degree in a behavioral health field
- 7+ years of experience in behavioral health, assessments, or case management
- U.S. Citizen (required for federal contract work)
- Experience with:
- Behavioral health assessments
- Case management systems and documentation
- Microsoft Office Suite and online research
- Telephonic/email-based support (EAP experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of military culture (preferred)
- Ability to obtain/maintain:
- BLS/CPR certification within 30 days
- NACLC background check (SF-86)
- Valid driver's license and availability for weekend travel
- 70k-75k per year
