Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee. Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support. Our hours: open 7 days a week. Shift hours: Mon‑Fri 6:30 a‑9:30 p; Sat/Sun 7:30 a‑8:30 p; mid‑evening shift of 4‑5 hours is being incorporated. Are you passionate about health and wellness? What you need to bring A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service A consistently fantastic team‑player attitude A verifiable history of excellent attendance Evening and weekend availability Responsibilities Sell memberships with confidence Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a perspire sauna studio membership Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome Administer studio tours for new guests Answer all questions about services and the facility Maintain a clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area Competitive pay with successful training completion.
