A typical day includes assisting the supervising Physical Therapist with implementing individualized plans of care, progressing therapeutic exercises and activities, providing patient and family education, and accurately documenting all treatments in the electronic medical record. You will help manage a scheduled outpatient caseload, working efficiently while maintaining a high level of hands-on care and patient engagement. Interdisciplinary collaboration and regular communication with the Physical Therapist are integral parts of the daily workflow. Shifts are generally daytime hours on weekdays, supporting a stable work-life rhythm.
