Travel to clients' homes across assigned territories in New Jersey, providing hands‑on nursing care and support. What We’re Looking For: Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (Required). Active CPR Certification Previous experience in home care, hospice, or community health settings is a plus. Willingness and ability to travel to various client locations. Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and compassionate communication. Self‑motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.
